By Boye · September 13th, 2008, 2:44 · Events

Since Future Vintage Radio is in it’s transition period between stations, other ways have to be found in order to keep the show alive. Pure Jazz Festival 2008 saw the potential of the show and booked it to, 2 days in a row, to broadcast the classics of tomorrow live from it’s festival terrain in the city centre of The Hague.
It’s just a couple of hours ago that Radna, Melodee, DJ Lefto and Kc the Funkaholic finished the recording of the new show. This show will be online very soon, here on FutureVintage.net featuring DJ Lefto on the decks, Radna & Melodee bringing you the latest on the best music out there, KC The Funkaholic playing a toko filled with the musical foundation of his Kindred Spirits Ensemble and De Javaanse Jongens in an interview + 15 mins banging live set.

Special thanks to Lefto, KC the Funkaholic and De Javaanse Jongens for dropping by and sharing the good stuff!

Lefto’s pick: Nas – Queens Get The Money

Tomorrow it’s Jose James, Liquid Spirits and episode 2 of Future Vintage Radio live at Pure Jazz Festival !

We had a great night, thanks to the whole JJ crew, KC, Lefto, all the people who dropped by (although we were a bit hard to find, it’s upstairs!) – and last but not least Boye wonder himself ;)

Tonight @ Future Vintage cafe: Tom Trago, 1.1 (aka MamikO Motto), live: MTC and if you come early we might finally play the Rednose in Cuba documentary..
