It’s presented by Radna, Reinier and various guest DJ’s. We broadcast every Tuesday from 8-9PM on Red Light Radio, live from the Amsterdam red light district.

      In 2007 Future Vintage was founded by Melodee, Radna, Tom Trago & KC the Funkaholic. Over here you’ll find the best shows from our extensive archive, new podcasts and news & views about the music we like to share with you.

Future Vintage at home, part 1

Long live garageband. After a nice talk this morning with Michel Mol, director new media for Dutch public broadcasting, who advised not to wait for oldfashioned radio, but do it yourself, I started a little experiment: Future Vintage at home.

It’s a very simple, but effective way to share music Future Vintage style. The show is made with just my laptop and a turntable (next time I’ll borrow some more equipment). Stream below or download the podcast over here and enjoy!

    Ken je ook Hawthorne Headhunters? Heeft volgens mij niks met elkaar te maken maar hebben wel mooie tracks, vooral ‘She Wanna’, misschien iets voor in de next show?

    @supreme cuisine; je hebt gelijk, het is een stukje van de b-side versie! deze komt van een compilatie; rap it, zie: http://www.discogs.com/release/60875/ (fab5freddy versie staat daar ook op, maar dat was idd niet deze).

    @N.G: die she wanna is een toffe track ja, maar die hadden we al eens bij Future Vintage oude stijl gedraaid :)

    gaaf dat je dit zo doet. Mayer Hawthorne is goed, en dan in 1 podcast Q-tip, Caetano en MGMT stoppen is helemaal te gek!
