Vintage I’m Lusting for Fall

The other day my mom called me to ask, “What do you want for Christmas?”

It’s a tough question to answer, especially when you’re trying to MINIMIZE your possessions and not MAXIMIZE them, which the world of marketing teaches us is the right, “happy” way.

What I love about vintage fashion is that because there’s no mass produced “vintage” item, participating in this niche of personal style allows me to be a more conscious shopper.

When my mom asks what vintage I want for Christmas, I can examine my wardrobe and recognize what it is I WANT, not what I “think I need” as according to this materialistic world.

I can maximize my wardrobe with pieces I truly lust and will retain for a lifetime of #vintagelove.‘Tis the season to be a thoughtful shopper, and choosing vintage helps us to think, “Do I really NEED this? Or do I really WANT this?”

Choose the true “want” you need, and you’ll be a happier, healthier shopper and lifelong #vintagelover.
